Facilities:
This is our private home, so there is no lift. The rooms are on the first and second floor, so avoid bringing large suitcases. But we do have access to all the things that a normal family can provide. So if you need a map of the city, recommendation of a good local resuturant or use of our washer dryer, will will try to oblige.
Minimum policy:
We work really hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable and your room is fresh, clean and ready when you arrive. We are sorry, single night visitors are very difficult to accommodate. We can accommodate you and your family for two nights and above in the B&B rooms and for a three night minimum stay in the self-catering room (Room 1).
Hygiene:
We are recommended by Sawday’s and we have signed up to their hygiene recommendations. Westminster City Council inpsects our kitchen and cleanliness regimen. We have received top (five star) status. For more information please go to Clean and Safe page
Dogs:
Dogs are welcome, though we charge a small surcharge of £30.00 to cover the extra cleaning. Please note that we own a Spanish water dog. Dogs are not allowed off the lead outside the room.
Alergies
Being a small establishment we cannot accommodate anyone with serious allergies. Animals are allowed in all our rooms. But if you have a gluten intolerance or anyhting like that, we will do our best to provide you with food that you like to eat.
How to find us:
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in and check-out are not as strict as an hotel, but at present we do try to keep a 24 hour gap between different occupancies. If time allows, you are welcome to arrive early after a morning flight, or stay later in the room if your onward travel is in the afternoon. In any case you are welcome to leave your baggage with us. However we don’t have anything as grand as a night porter so please try to arrange your arrival for social hours. We need to plan to be at home when you arrive, so do let us know your arrival time well in advance.
Breakfasts:
Breakfasts are made to order and served to your room between 8am and 9am. We ask you to fill out an order the night before so that we can be sure of purchasing the freshest produce.
