For the time being we recognise that it is difficult to know when you can travel. We are happy to take provisional bookings and payment when you arrive by credit card or bank transfer.
If you have to cancel
Please notify us as soon as possible.
If we have to cancel
In the unlikely event of our needing to cancel your booking, we may do so at any time up to the date of arrival. We would expect to do this only in exceptional circumstances. We shall refund in full all money received by us for the booking, but will not have any liability beyond this.
We operate a no blame damage system. If you spill or break something we do ask you to tell us straight away so that we can replace, repair or clean the item. We won’t charge you for accidental damage, but we do ask that you treat our home as you would your own.
