How long can I stay?
There is a minimum stay of two nights in B&B rooms and three nights in self catering room 1. We give ou a discount if you stay for 7 nights we charge for six. Normally maximum stay is 30 days.
Payment
As we only have three rooms, and they tend to get booked up rather quickly, we do expect payment four weeks in advance by bank transfer or Paypal. If you need to cancel or change your booking we will be happy to discuss making new arrangements
If you have to cancel
Please notify us as soon as possible.
If we have to cancel
In the unlikely event of our needing to cancel your booking, we may do so at any time up to the date of arrival. We would expect to do this only in exceptional circumstances. We shall refund in full all money received by us for the booking, but will not have any liability beyond this.
Damage
We operate a no blame damage system. If you spill or break something we do ask you to tell us straight away so that we can replace, repair or clean the item. We won’t charge you for accidental damage, but we do ask that you treat our home as you would your own.
