Two nights minimum booking.
When we confirm a booking, we request full payment for the rooms 28 days in advance.
If you have to cancel
Once you have made a booking and paid there is no guaranteed refund. However if you notify us as soon as possible by email, and we can re-let the room, we will refund you 50% of your payment. We strongly recommend that you take out your own travel insurance to cover that eventuality.
If we have to cancel
In the unlikely event of our needing to cancel your booking, we may do so at any time up to the date of arrival. We would expect to do this only in exceptional circumstances. We shall refund in full all money received by us for the booking, but will not have any liability beyond this.
We operate a no blame damage system. If you spill or break something we do ask you to tell us straight away so that we can replace, repair or clean the item. We wont charge you for accidental damage, but we do ask that you treat our home as you would your own.
